Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Additionally, we will deduct $10 from the total refund as a handling fee for this return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@phaiveia.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return address; please ship the item yourself and bear the shipping costs. We will not accept items that are returned directly without a prior return request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Incorrect or incomplete order address
Please note that the correct shipping address must be filled in the order. If the delivery address of the order is incorrect or incomplete, you will be solely responsible for the return and destruction of the package, and the store will not bear any responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Personal care products that have already been used (such as beauty products、underwear). Dealer return issues:
Distributors buy large quantities of goods at the most favorable prices. Therefore, except for product quality issues, we do not accept any return or exchange services from agent dealers.
